Grant DeGiacomo, a 27-year-old New Hampshire resident, has been indicted on second-degree murder charges for the alleged brutal beating death of his mother, Christine DiGiacomo.
According to the New Hampshire Attorney General's office, the Hillsborough County District Court -Southern District Grand Jury charged DeGiacomo with both knowingly and recklessly causing his mother's death, an act that was carried out in a manner displaying an extreme indifference to human life.
On July 5, 2023, Christine DiGiacomo was found dead in their Hudson, New Hampshire home, a chilling scene that continues to unfold and shock the community. As reported by NBC10 Boston, when law enforcement arrived, DeGiacomo was present at the home. The following day, the authorities arrested him, and he has since been held without bail.
Grant DeGiacomo's arraignment is slated for September 28, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.
DeGiacomo is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
