
The Oakland Police Department (OPD), along with the US Marshals Task Force, ATF, and the San Ramon Police Department, managed to crack down on an illegal casino operation on September 26.
The gambling establishment, located in the 900 block of 77th Avenue, was subjected to an arrest and search warrant, which led to the recovery of firearms and the detainment of three individuals, as per the Oakland Police Department.

The investigation yielded a rifle, shotgun, and handgun, as well as illegal gambling machines. Moreover, officers discovered substantial evidence linked to a recent homicide in Oakland. According to the official report, three individuals were taken into custody for outstanding warrants. OPD has notably recovered more than 900 firearms this year.
