
The prolonged search for 15-year-old Phelina "Lina" Romero, who has been missing since September 15, continues. As reported by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office, she was last seen at her home in the 16000 block of Los Banos St.

Phelina Romero, described as having long blonde hair, and brown eyes, is approximately 5'3" tall and weighs 140lbs. Specifics regarding her clothing at the time of her disappearance remain unknown. Familiar with areas such as Oakland and Stockton, her ability to use public transportation is a cause for concern. She has limited access to money, primarily relying on a cell phone without a SIM card for communication.
The Alameda County Sheriff's Office, along with invested communities in both Oakland and Stockton, is collectively working to spread awareness, urging the public to report any information that may help locate Phelina.
