The second assault took place on July 10, 2023, on South Lyon Avenue, where Deloney sexually assaulted a 34-year-old woman, according to CBS News Chicago.

Deloney was charged with two felony counts of aggravated armed robbery, one felony count of robbery, and two felony counts of criminal sexual assault, with his court appearance scheduled for September 6.
