On October 28th, the local residents of Boston's Hyde Park gathered for the annual Paint a Pumpkin event, organized by the Community Service Office of District E-18. The event drew approximately 80 children, celebrating the season and engaging with local law enforcement through this cheerful community initiative.
This event underpins the value of fostering relationships between the Boston Police Department (BPD) and the communities they serve. Through such initiatives, barriers are dismantled, leading toward enhanced transparency and understanding.
