It has been over three years since a 31-year-old man was fatally wounded in Chicago, and now an arrest has been made. Today, the Chicago Police Department charged 32-year-old Durell Foster with one felony count of first-degree murder.
After painstaking investigations, Foster was apprehended on Tuesday, October 17.
The shooting took place at approximately 12:47 p.m. on May 29, 2020, in Chicago's 8th District. The arrest came after issuing a warrant and a detention hearing is scheduled at the 2600 S. California Court.
No additional information has been released by the police at this time.
