Today around 11:12 a.m., a 15-year-old male and a 44-year-old male became victims of a shooting event, as disclosed by the Chicago Police Department.

An unknown male offender reportedly approached the victims in the 1000 block of W. Argyle, opened fired and injured both. The younger victim was shot in the lower left leg, and the 44-year-old was hit in his left foot. Promptly, both victims were rushed to local hospitals and are, as we speak, in a stable condition, as stated by the Chicago Police Department.

As the suspect remains elusive, the investigation continues through Area Three detectives.

The motive behind the attack remains unknown and no arrests to made to have yet.
