Today, a road-rage incident took a dangerous turn on Interstate 55 near 1st Avenue.
A semi-truck driver, named Jose Gonzalez, was charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm according to the Chicago Tribune. Thankfully, no one was hurt in the incident.
Jose Gonzalez, a 39-year-old semi-truck driver from Chicago, allegedly shot at another vehicle during a fit of road rage.
After the incident, Gonzalez remained at the scene where Illinois state police promptly apprehended him, reported Fox32 Chicago. The associated investigation is ongoing.
