Earlier today, Naperville police discovered a machine gun inside a vehicle parked at a local TopGolf facility, marking the third such incident in three weeks. This was reported by the Chicago Tribune.
The machine gun was found during a foot patrol of the venue's parking lot.
The person charged with unlawful use of a weapon-machine gun, a class X felony, was 19-year-old Jalen Littleton from Hammond, Indiana.
A fully-loaded Glock 22 .40-caliber handgun with an auto switch, capable of converting it into a fully automatic weapon, and an extended magazine were also found inside his car.
Jalen did not possess neither a valid firearm owner's ID card nor a concealed carry license, as confirmed by WGN-TV.
