Today, the Oakland Police Department (OPD) announced the arrest of Terri Perry in relation to the fatal shooting of Alphonso Clark on September 10. Perry, an Oakland resident, is now charged with the crime that occurred on the 1700 block of 11th Street, according to the Oakland Police Department.
OPD's Homicide Section, the Violent Crime Operations Center, and the US Marshals worked painstakingly together, to successfully apprehend Perry on September 27.
As charges against Perry proceed from the Alameda County District Attorney's Office, their collective dedication shines as a prime example of relentless law enforcement.
