Local authorities have issued a construction alert for Port Chicago Highway tomorrow, beginning at 4:00 a.m., and approximately ending at 4:00 p.m. This is a follow-up on the affordable housing project construction at 2400 Willow Pass Road. according to the City of Concord report.
Impacted locations include the northbound Port Chicago Highway from Willow Pass Road to Concord Boulevard. Two traffic lanes and an adjacent footpath will be intermittently shut during this period. Concrete truck staging activities will temporarily close two lanes on East Street as well, between Willow Pass Road and Concord Boulevard.
