A 22-year-old woman sadly lost her life in a hit-and-run accident on Chicago's West Side. The accident took place on the yesterday night in the 600-block of South Laramie Avenue, Austin area, at the intersection of Flournoy and Laramie, as detailed by WGN-TV.
The victim was driving a tan sedan when her vehicle was hit by a black Audi and those occupants reportedly fled the scene on foot.
The victim later died from her injuries at Mount Sinai, reported CBS Chicago.
The Major Accidents unit is currently investigating the crime.
