In response to a recent home invasion incident in Munster, Indiana, the victims have offered a $15,000 reward for any information that could lead to the arrest of the five suspects. The intrusion happened on October 27, right in the middle of the day, at approximately 11:20 a.m. The five masked individuals forced entry into a home, terrifyingly, in the 1400 block of Park West Circle. They bound, assaulted, and robbed a 60-year-old man, his 59-year-old sister, and a 47-year-old extended family member, all at gunpoint WGN-TV reported.
The assailants, operating with a terrifying focus to quickly flee, utilized two separate vehicles: a Nissan sedan and an SUV of gray or tan color. They departed from the crime scene by 1 p.m. Gratefully, all victims survived, despite suffering non-life-threatening injuries, and the sister required hospital treatment.
The Munster Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division has reacted proactively to the incident. Police officials recovered both vehicles in Chicago and identified two persons of interest based on surveillance video footage.
