New Kids on the Block (NKOTB), the popular boy band of the '80s and '90s, have publicized a "Magic Summer 2024" tour, which comes after a gap of nearly 20 years since their original "Magic Summer" tour according to the Boston Globe. Special appearances by Paula Abdul and DJ Jazzy Jeff will enhance the nostalgic atmosphere.

The "Magic Summer 2024" tour, fixed to visit more than 40 cities, will have its first concert in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, on June 14th. Performances have also been confirmed for New England locations, including Bank NH Pavilion in Gilford, New Hampshire on August 9th and the Xfinity Center in Mansfield on August 10th as stated by CBS News Boston. Having previously showcased at famous venues such as Fenway Park and TD Garden, NKOTB intend to reignite the thrill of their early career performances for their fan base.

Donnie Wahlberg, a member of NKOTB, in a special video announcement reminiscent of '90s MTV's "TRL" era, spoke with "Good Morning America" hosts about the upcoming tour the Boston Globe reported. 

Although, NKOTB have earlier toured with several special guests. On this occasion, Paula Abdul and DJ Jazzy Jeff will simply function as the opening acts. As per Wahlberg's interaction with "GMA," the central attention of the "Magic Summer 2024" tour will inevitably revolve around "2½ hours of New Kids sweating to the oldies, having a great time."

The tickets for the NKOTB tour, will be made available to the public from Friday, November 3rd. Presale tickets for fan club members and Citi cardholders are set to start at 10 a.m. on November 1st as per a Boston Globe report. This event promises patrons of the band and the guest artists, a chance to relive the vibrancy and timeless performances of these noteworthy '90s entertainers.
