A 64-year-old from Chicago, Ishak Boulos, was reported missing from an assisted living facility on November 8.
The Chicago Police Department is currently searching for Mr. Boulos. He was last seen at the 6300 N Bell Chicago block wearing a gray winter coat, a black Coca Cola print winter hat, and white gym shoes.
As the CPD reports, with his lack of a cell phone and minimal funds, the urgency of his safe return escalates.
