On November 16, Adriana Collazo, 36, left her home on North St. Louis at approximately 6:30 a.m., without communicating her plans to her family. As per a Chicago Police Department notice, Collazo, a white Hispanic female, may be in a crisis and require medication. Her family and friends are currently unaware of her location and are concerned for her safety.
Described as 4-feet-11-inches tall and 160 pounds, Collazo was last seen wearing a brown coat, black t-shirt, and black jeans. She was potentially also carrying a gray bag. The report from CPD adds that she may be sleeping in her tan 2012 Hyundai 4-door vehicle, bearing an Illinois plate, CZ47290. The Humboldt Park area has been mentioned as her potential location.
