The venture is a collaborative effort from Maurizio Carbone and his Neapolitan compadres, Fabio Montagna and Antonio Pappagallo. Il Posto's kitchen wields the prowess of pizzaiolo Alfredo Pappalardo, an award-winning chef with a knack for authentic Napoletano pizza, which promises to turn heads and tantalize tastebuds. The restaurant officially opens its doors today, December 15, and to kick off the grand commencement, guests will be treated to complimentary Italian morsels and desserts aplenty.
