A fatal shooting near the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard have left one man dead. The Atlanta Police Department responded to the area just west of downtown Atlanta shortly after 5 p.m. on Friday following reports of gunfire.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim with multiple gunshot wounds. He was declared dead at the scene, as FOX 5 Atlanta reported. The location, known for its heavy traffic, comprises several fast-food restaurants and a Walmart.
