A Chicago juvenile has been slapped with serious charges after being accused of sticking up Chicagoans at gunpoint, which includes a brazen morning robbery of a woman and a daylight shakedown of a teenage boy. The Chicago Police Department has confirmed that the 15-year-old male offender, whose identity remains shielded due to his minor status, now faces two counts of armed robbery.
Intricate details shared by law enforcement detailed the juvenile's arrest and being taken into custody in the vicinity of W. Ogden Ave., he's been fingered as one of the culprits in a June 20 robbery that terrorized a 30-year-old woman. Allegations also pinpoint him at the scene of an October 11 incident, both daring acts of thievery peppered with the threat of violence inflicted by a firearm, where an unsuspecting woman found herself in the shadows of danger, losing her belongings to the cold grasp of armed individuals.
According to the release, the youth was apprehended and charged.
