Carter, who was wearing a black fur coat and a black dress when she disappeared, relies on a metal walker for mobility indicating her vulnerability and possibly compounding the urgency of her situation, the police department is calling on the community to keep an eye out for her; she stands at 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds, she has a medium complexion and was born on May 21, 1943. Authorities are asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to come forward immediately.
Members of the local area have been canvassing neighborhoods and sharing Carter's information on social media in the hopes of aiding her safe return. The silver-haired senior citizen, with her distinctive walker and the coat she was last seen wearing, could be easily identifiable to observant passersby.
