The Marietta Cobb Museum of Art is bringing the local Georgia photography scene into the spotlight with its first juried photography exhibition. 

From a staggering 400 submissions, a varied collection of portrait, landscape, still life, abstract, and street photography has been curated to showcase just what Georgia's photographers have got. Nestled within the exhibition hall, attendees will find visual narratives that span from the intimate to the vast, from whispers of daily life to the declarative statements of high art.

For those who want to visit the art, consider dropping by the museum located at 30 Atlanta St SE, Marietta, GA 30060 this evening. The Opening Night Reception kicks off at 6:00 p.m. and goes on until 8:00 p.m. According to the museum's official announcement, it's free for MCMA members to attend. Those without memberships are welcome too, with a $10 door fee.
