A grim Valentine's Day incident left a young woman dead in DeKalb County, with a suspect arrested shortly thereafter. 19-year-old Destiny Carson was discovered with a fatal gunshot wound after authorities were alerted to a shooting at an apartment complex on Bedevere Circle shortly after 9:30 p.m., as reported by FOX 5 Atlanta.
