Gray Natural Area all set to play host. Event goers are advised to seek alternate parking options, as the park's lot will be closed for the duration; nearby streets and business lots are open for parking, the event coordinators suggest, according to the City of Arlington, Texas.
Those attending will have the opportunity to eye the heavens like never before, thanks to the Fort Worth Astronomical Society, which will provide telescopes for public use and, for those who choose to tote their own telescopic devices to the event experts from the society are eager to assist, conversation will likely orbit around celestial facts and telescope tips, attendees should arrive expecting a fusion of education and observation. "We encourage people to bring their telescopes as the astronomers are very happy to share their expertise," said Friends member Kevin Donovan, in anticipation of an enlightening night, as per the City of Arlington, Texas.
