According to the CPD's report, Fernandez was last seen on February 4th, 2024, at her home in the 3000 block of W Fullerton Ave. Fernandez is described as a Hispanic female with brown eyes and brown hair, standing at 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 170 pounds.
Distinguishing features for the missing teen include a nose piercing on the right side. The community and local authorities are combing through the area, on February 4th, she was last known to be at home, enhancing feelings of urgency and concern for her well-being.
