The drive-by occurred around 4:23 p.m.; the victim was on the sidewalk in the first block of E. 100th Place when a vehicle approached, and its occupants unleashed a volley of gunshots, striking the man multiple times in the body he was then rushed in a serious condition to Christ Hospital, according to FOX 32 Chicago.
In a similar account, the Chicago Sun-Times reported that the exact location of the incident was not far, situated in the first block of 110th Place, and the age of the man who was shot remains unknown.
