This sudsy celebration lasts for ten days and is a toast to the thriving craft beer scene, stretching from north to south. It's the 14th year running, and beer aficionados can expect a frothy mix of special releases, pairings, and events, as reported by Choose AZ Brews.

Valley breweries are on deck with unique offerings, and food pairings are an attention-getter. Among the notables is O.H.S.O. Brewery's 'Donut Daze' which, on February 15, is serving pastry-inspired beers – think Maple Bar Brown Ale or Boston Cream Milk Stout – at various locations. Meanwhile, Taproom-120 gets into the game with "The Oregon Trail" event, challenging participants to survive a beer-packed journey across the states, featuring brews from the likes of Boneyard Beer and Odell Brewing Co., according to  Phoenix New Times.

The beer-infused revelry continues through the week, leading up to the Arizona Strong Beer Festival on February 17 in Scottsdale. This headliner pulls together over 170 breweries which will tap over 500 of their heftiest brews. Not just any run-of-the-mill beer fest, this one's a heavy-hitter and, per Phoenix New Times, "basically guaranteed to make citizens weep tears of patriotic joy."

The brew bash wraps up on February 24 at Huss Brewing Co.'s Spring Fest, where a garden party with drink specials and spring festivities awaits.
