In statements obtained by FOX 5 Atlanta and WSB Radio, officials have taken into custody Shannon Swaney, 49, from Stone Mountain, and Moya Shields, 50, from Chamblee Tammie Ward, 54, from Tennille, remains at large with authorities urging the public to assist in her capture. The trio stands accused on multiple charges, including operating a chop shop, a variety of thefts and burglaries, drug offenses, as well as firearms violations, in a comprehensive indictment that reflects the multi-faceted nature of their alleged crimes.
