
A three-car collision near Memphis International Airport on Tuesday morning has left four people, including two children, in critical condition, per Memphis authorities.
Memphis Police Department officers were quickly on the scene to respond to the crash, which occurred at around 10:35 a.m. at the junction of Swinnea and Winchester Roads, near the FedEx hangars. The aftermath was devastating, with all four individuals needing to be ferried to hospital facilities. According to Local Memphis, these included two trips to Regional One Hospital and two to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital for the children, whose injuries were all considered critical. While the exact circumstances surrounding the horrific incident remain unclear, there is little doubt that it has thoroughly shaken the community.
