Memphis Police reported to WREG, that Shawn Liptak, who suffers from a medical condition that may impair his self-care capability, was last seen at about 2:44 p.m. Saturday when he unexpectedly fled from a transport treatment van around Germantown Parkway and Wolfcreek Parkway, with the urgency to locate him increased due to his vulnerable state. Marcus Jackson, similarly struggling with his vulnerabilities, has been missing since Friday.
According to information from Local Memphis, Marcus Jackson vanished from the 4900 block of Given. He is described as being roughly 5 feet and 11 inches tall, weighing about 160 pounds, with a low haircut, and was last seen attired in a black shirt paired with gray pants.
Shawn Liptak is described in reports by Ground News as a 6-foot-tall man weighing around 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, the authorities have intensified their plea to the public for help due to the potentially life-threatening implications of his medical status, coupled with the inherent risks of being lost without support in the city's dynamic environment.
