Nashville authorities have released a composite sketch of a suspect involved in a sexual assault, targeting a young teen earlier this month in Seven Oaks Park. The sketch, drawn up with the assistance of the 15-year-old victim, depicts a white male in his 50s with freckles and crooked teeth, as reported by the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee.
According to the victim's account, the assault occurred on March 7 at around 5:30 p.m., merely a stone's throw from his neighborhood, the teenager had been enjoying the park for a quarter-hour before a man accosted him. The assailant, who remains at large, is alleged to have forcibly taken the boy to a secluded woodland sector of Seven Oaks Park, where the sexual assault took place. The suspect hastily retreated from the scene upon noticing other individuals nearby.
The suspect was last seen wearing a black ball cap, black zip-up jacket (notably lacking a hood), blue shorts, with a gray shirt, and gray and white tennis shoes. An older model Honda Civic sedan was identified as the vehicle connected to the suspect. He was observed driving this car towards Knight Drive following the incident.
