Per the Nashville Government website, Smith has a particular modus operandi: infiltrating non-public sections of businesses and swiping wallets or credit cards from unsuspecting female employees. These actions clear the path for his high-end shopping escapades, where he racks up charges amounting to thousands of dollars with stolen cards. Smith's recent criminal endeavors have led to 18 counts of identity theft and an equal number of credit card fraud charges, alongside 4 counts each of burglary and theft.
Earlier this month, Smith was in police custody facing charges including 4 counts of credit card fraud, 1 count of burglary, and 1 count of theft. After posting a $10,000 bond, he was back on the streets.
