Phoenix residents can look forward to a stretch of mostly sunny days and clear evenings, according to weather forecasts for the coming week. The National Weather Service reports that today will see highs near 76 degrees with calm winds shifting from southeast between 7 to 10 mph. As evening falls, the skies will remain clear and the low is expected to be around 53 degrees, with gentle northeast winds becoming calm later in the night, NWS detailed.
Looking ahead to the rest of the week, tomorrow forecast promises continued sunshine and a high again hovering near 76 degrees, east winds will be blowing gently at around 7 mph before transitioning to the west, and with the sun showing no signs of letting up, Wednesday and Thursday are projected to be even warmer with highs of 79 and 83 degrees respectively, this pattern of sunny skies and climbing temperatures looks to be holding steady through to the weekend, FOX 10 Phoenix's weather segment indicates that sunny conditions are expected through Friday with a high approaching 85 degrees and even the evening temperatures will be quite mild with lows sitting comfortably in the upper 50s, however the likelihood of partly cloudy skies increases on Friday night with a low around 59 degrees, FOX 10 reports.
As the weekend rolls in, the weather outlook notes partly sunny skies with Saturday's temperature peaking at 85 degrees, but as night falls, there is a shift towards mostly cloudy conditions and a low around 58 degrees. Sunday will bring a slight dip in the highs, expected to be near 77 degrees under mostly sunny skies.
The mild weather appears to give way to cooler temperatures as the new week begins; Fox 10 Phoenix's 7-day forecast shows a more noticeable drop with Sunday's high of 72 degrees leading into Monday when the mercury could fall as low as 66 degrees during the day and 51 degrees at night, "Tomorrow March 19 Weather Condition H 76 ° L 54 °" and the subsequent days follow suit with a gradual decrease in both day and night temperatures; while the warmth of the sun will be less intense, the clear and sunny conditions will continue to provide some respite from the cool onset of what appears to be a slightly cooler start to next week.
