Construction kicks off this week at the busy junction of Bell Road and Bell Pointe Boulevard. Setting up to improve traffic flow, city workers are rolling out the hardware for a brand-spanking new traffic signal. According to official announcements, no major shutdowns are on the horizon.
The City's got their updates poised and ready to pop as soon as the switch gets flipped on the new lights. "This project's expected completion date is the end of May 2024," a statement from the City of Surprise noted. "We will provide updates as construction comes to a close as to the exact date of signal activation."
