This first phase of the campus enhancement is bankrolled by donors, some with deep pockets like Richard and Melba Jackson, who pitched in with a leadership gift, and Ralph and Karen Weekly, who set the tone with their own major contribution.
The face-lift is part of a broader vision to bolster the Lady Vols' standing as a premier softball program, and eyeing to give players and coaches the resources they seem to deserve to compete on a national stage said a proud Danny White, Tennessee's Vice Chancellor/Director of Athletics as conveyed by the school's own sports news site.
