A 23-year-old man's life ended in gunfire early Sunday on the streets of East Garfield Park, Chicago. The young man was reportedly standing on the sidewalk in the 3500 block of West Harrison Street when an unknown assailant fired multiple shots, according to details provided by the Chicago Sun-Times.

In a shooting that occurred just after midnight, police said the victim was found with gunshot wounds to his chest and face.
