Cambridge entrepreneurs looking to sharpen their social media game, pay attention. A new "Intermediate Social Media Series for Small Businesses" is kicking off later this spring, designed for those who've got the basics down but want to push their digital outreach to new heights. Instructor Vinny Prezioso is set to lead a set of four workshops, promising hands-on, project-based learning to help you connect with more customers and broaden your online impact.
The course, which follows a beginner series from February, will be held at CCTV on Massachusetts Avenue, smack in the heart of Cambridge. Scheduled over four Wednesdays – May 22, May 29, June 5, and June 12 – the sessions will run from 6 to 8 p.m., according to Cambridge Community Development Department's announcement. However, spots are limited, especially for those outside the local Cambridge biz scene, so acting fast is in your best interest.
Folks interested in joining the series are expected to be a bit savvy already – either by managing an active business social media presence or having wrapped up the beginner's course.
Cambridge locals and business owners are getting the VIP treatment with priority registration, but all are welcome to sign up for the entire series. Commitment is key – when you register, you're locking in for all four dates. Give Rona Abrahams a shout at [email protected] or dial 617/349-4637, and she'll sort you out. But be quick about it – slots are as sure to go as tweets in a trending hashtag.
