
A fatal car collision on Sam Cooper Boulevard yesterday morning has claimed the life of an unidentified man, the Memphis Police Department reports. As per Action News 5, authorities responded to the crash near Highland Street after it occurred around 9:35 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found that one man sustained injuries although they were soon overshadowed by the grim reality that awaited him.
Sadly, the man's injuries proved fatal upon his arrival at a nearby hospital, WREG reports the victim was transported to Regional One Hospital in critical condition, and he later succumbed to his injuries; he was pronounced dead, the roads on that fateful morning became a convergence of lives in motion, now marked by the heavy silence of a life that once was.
