Engaged in a labor of love coupled with a sense of joy in their work, Allison shared with Phoenix New Times, "We're laughing all day. We love each other."

The bakery is prepping for a vibrant start, after sprucing up their kitchen space with bright pink hues to resonate with the name Cielito Rosa, meaning 'pink sky' or 'heaven'. The trio's initiative has garnered a lot of local support, embodied in their recent call to fans for a little boost on social media; "besides ordering from us, you can do it for free if you help us share our Instagram with your friends, family, etc." in a statement they posted on social media, as reported by What Now Phoenix.

Eager patrons can look forward to tucking into an array of treats such as brownies, macarons, and specially designed cookies that celebrate occasions like weddings and birthdays, the company boasts of a machine that can whip up images out of frosting—it's primed for customizing sweets as Stewart pointed out in an interview with Phoenix New Times, "That's going to be a big focus—making custom cookies, whether it's a wedding, birthday, or other events". Alongside the sugary spectrum, Cielito Rosa will also cater to vegan preferences, starting their vegan-friendly cookies at $4.50 each, a nod to the diverse palates of their community.
