A 45-year-old woman has been arrested after allegedly causing chaos with a bomb threat that led to the evacuation of a Miami Shores Catholic church, officials reported. Suhail Apiou stands accused of sending menacing messages to St. Martha Church, including a voicemail and email loaded with threats of destruction and violence, sources stated NBC Miami and WSVN.

According to the police report, the threat led authorities to sweep the church and adjacent parish center where they luckily found no explosives the report outlined Apiou's harrowing message which stated: "I have a message for the Catholic Church, if you don't want your church to burn down to the ground, I suggest you call me today because I am pregnant with the holy conception," as per NBC Miami.

Investigators were able to trace the bomb threat back to Apiou, who has previously been a suspect in a similar case in Miami Beach and has a history of being baker-acted, revealed WSVN.

The arrested woman was found at Jackson South Hospital before her booking into jail.

St. Martha Church and the parish facilities stand quiet now. The unsettling event at the Archdiocese of Miami pushing a community towards introspection, where devout congregants look over their shoulders where once they sought tranquility in prayer, according to NBC Miami.
