In the early hours of April 19, around 4:30 a.m., the suspect, garbed in a red hoodie, blue mask, and black pants, burst into the store on Veterans Parkway and demanded cash from the terrified employees. "The man can also be seen walking over to a customer and pointing the gun at them before heading back to the counter," a surveillance video from the store revealed, WKRN reported.

Attempting to corner the unnamed assailant, police established a perimeter and enlisted the help of a Middle Tennessee State University Police K-9 unit, yet the search proved fruitless. According to the authorities, the armed robber managed to slip away with an undetermined sum of money. Currently, the Murfreesboro Police Department has extended an invitation to the public, asking anyone with information to come forward and assist in catching the culprit.
