According to the police, the suspect, whose image has been circulated by the department, is a Hispanic male around 30 years old, with short black hair. He was seen donning a light-colored shirt beneath a dark green jacket adorned with two distinctive dark blue stripes on the sleeves. The suspect fled on foot after the victim confronted him, said the San Pablo Police Department's Facebook post.

Authorities responded to the 2700 block of El Portal Drive around 4:30 PM and have been investigating since the crime was reported. They are asking anyone who might recognize the man or have knowledge of the incident to come forward.
