According to a media release from the Napa County Sheriff's Office, the arrested individuals are 18-year-old Christian Evans, a Vallejo resident, facing multiple felony charges, including attempted murder, and a male juvenile also from Vallejo held for attempted murder and illegal firearm possession.
Local law enforcement had been to quickly establish control of the scene, detaining two male subjects for questions soon after the incident. The victims received emergency first aid from officers before being rushed to the hospital, but their current medical states remain uncertain.
