In a late-night sting in Dorchester, Boston police arrested two suspects charged with break-ins. The Boston Police Department reported that Samil Mejia, 39, and Nicolete Park, 29, both from Boston, were nabbed on charges related to illegal entry into motor vehicles.

After officers got the scoop on a vehicle break-in at 45 Senator Bolling Circle, patrolmen from District B-3 sprang into action around 1:30 AM on Friday. The heist was allegedly captured on a home surveillance system, enabling officers to distribute a detailed description of the perps. Found roaming Morton Street toward Harvard Street, the culprits were rounded up soon thereafter.

Upon questioning, it turned out that Mejia and Park weren't new to this game. According to the police report, both suspects were wanted on active warrants. Mejia now faces charges for breaking and entering into a motor vehicle in the nighttime, receiving stolen property under $250, and trespassing. His rap sheet was extended with an additional warrant for felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny under $1200.

Nicolete Park got slapped with charges for breaking and entering into a motor vehicle in the dead of night, exactly as her accomplice, along with possession of burglarious tools and trespassing. She also had to answer an added charge for a separate incidence of larceny, this one over $250. Both suspects were arraigned at West Roxbury District Court, according to the police statement.
