In a decisive move aiming to bolster the City of Casa Grande's response to fire safety and prevention, the local fire chief, Dave Kean, has named Frank Ricci as the new Fire Marshal. Known for his wealth of experience and commitment to public safety, Ricci's appointment is seen as a key upgrade to the City's fire-fighting leadership team.
Ricci, a firefighting stalwart with three decades under his belt, cut his teeth at the Carpentersville Fire Department in Illinois. Since 2008, the seasoned veteran has been battling blazes and leading his team with distinction as Operations Battalion Chief in Casa Grande, Arizona. His academic accolades, which include degrees from Columbia Southern University and the University of Arkansas, along with his title as a Certified Chief Fire Officer, complement his on-the-ground expertise.
"Chief Ricci brings extensive fire service knowledge, public safety background, professional expertise, and leadership skills to his new role at the City of Casa Grande," Chief Kean declared, with high expectations for Ricci's forthcoming tenure. According to a release issued by the City of Casa Grande, Kean is confident in Ricci's "proven track record and many successes" as he transitions into the role of overseeing the Fire Prevention Division.
