
The Chicago community is on high alert as two local boys have gone missing this week, each from different parts of the city, the Chicago Police Department reports. Rickey Burrage Jr., 12, was last seen near the 1300 block of N. Hudson Ave. on May 14th, as per the missing persons bulletin on the Chicago Police Department's website. The boy stands about 5 feet tall, weighs 98 pounds, and has brown eyes and hair. He can be identified by a birthmark on his right cheek.
Adding to the urgency, on May 15th, 17-year-old Adam Hesselbacher was reported missing, last spotted at the intersection of Ferdinand St. and Ridgeway Ave., and like Burrage, Hesselbacher is a young black male this time with a lighter complexion, black hair, brown eyes, and a height of 5 feet 9 inches, weighing around 170 pounds. In the alert shared by the Chicago Police, he was said to be wearing a black T-shirt with white shorts when he disappeared.
Law enforcement officials and community members alike are seeking the public's help to find these boys, urging anyone with information to come forward. Police encourage those who may have seen Burrage Jr. or Hesselbacher, or have any relevant information, to contact the Area Three SVU for Burrage Jr. at 312-744-8266 and Area Four SVU for Hesselbacher at 312-746-8251, or to simply dial 911 for immediate assistance.
