The chilling incidents both occurred on May 13th, mere moments apart. The first took place in the 6500 block of South Hermitage Avenue at 3:00 PM, and the second on the 1600 block of West 68th Street, the police detailed. The armed duo, described as African-American males, donned black hooded sweatshirts and wielded a Black Handgun, menacingly demanding car keys, wallets, and phones before disappearing with the spoils, the Chicago Police noted.
The authorities have not only provided a description of the suspects but have also given citizens guidelines on how to stay safe. Vigilance is advised, especially regarding one's surroundings.
