
The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Antioch Police Department, for a missing elderly woman from Contra Costa County. The alert identifies the woman as 73-year-old Ruthie Lindsey, last seen on East 18th Street and Holub Lane in Antioch.
Lindsey, who weighed around 115 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes, was reportedly wearing a gold blazer, pants of an unknown color, and white Reebok shoes when she vanished. The alert, activated by the CHP, indicates Lindsey was last seen on May 16, at about 9 a.m., and is believed to be traveling on foot.
