In South Memphis, a man was fatally shot and another critically injured, according to Memphis Police. The incident, which unfolded around 7:42 p.m. Wednesday on the 1700 block of Valley Boulevard, claimed one life at the scene, while the second victim was rushed to the hospital clinging to life, as reported by FOX13 Memphis.
