Early morning heist at Lake Havasu City hotel ended with multiple arrests, the local authorities announced yesterday. According to the Lake Havasu City Police Department, on May 23, officers were called to a hotel on McCulloch Boulevard North after a robbery at gunpoint was reported by a male victim. The perpetrators — three men and a woman — made off with personal items and fled in a getaway vehicle.
Quick to respond, Lake Havasu City Police, using the given descriptions, found the suspect’s abandoned car in a 700 block of Queens Bay. Continuing the manhunt, one of the male suspects was apprehended in the Swanson Avenue vicinity. His accomplices were later taken into custody downtown, after what Sergeant Kyle Ridgeway described as a brief foot pursuit, through McCulloch Boulevard North and without further incident, according to a statement obtained by LHCAZ.gov.
