A three-year-old boy is clinging to life after a harrowing fall from a second-story apartment window in Frayser, as reported by local authorities. The tragic accident unfolded yesterday afternoon at Corning Village Apartments off Steele Street. According to a statement obtained by Action News 5, the toddler was taken to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in critical condition.

She told police she believed that "he must have climbed through the upstairs window and accidentally fell from the second story and hit the ground," as reported by FOX13 Memphis.
